KAPUSTA POLISH SOUP
 

2 qts. beef stock or chicken broth
1 can whole tomatoes (put in blender)
1/2 large jar sauerkraut (Vlasic)
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
Pepper

Put tomatoes, sauerkraut and beef stock together and boil for 30 minutes. Put oil in skillet to brown onion. Add to beef. Use just enough oil to brown flour. Add salt, pepper, sugar. Cook 3 hours. Add sausage during last 2 hours.
