POLISH SAUSAGE SOUP
 

1 pkg. Polish Sausage or Polska Kielbasa, sliced crosswise in 1/4 inch rounds
1 12 oz. bottle ketchup
2 cups water
1 small onion diced
3-4 potatoes peeled and diced
dash (or more, to taste) tabasco sauce
2 cans cut green beans, drained
1 Tbsp oil

Heat oil in skillet, brown sausage in oil. Drain on paper towel lined plate.

Place all other ingredients in large Dutch Oven. Add sausage to mixture. Heat through.

Serve with Sweet Corn Muffins. Better the next day.
