2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. butter
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. vanilla and almond extracts
Crust: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients and cut in butter. Add yolks and extracts. Pat 1/3 of dough onto bottom of spring-form pan (sides removed). Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes; cool. Grease sides of pan and attach to bottom. Pat remaining dough on sides.
Filling: Beat eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, and extracts. Blend in sour cream. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. (Filling will be soft.) Let cool and chill in refrigerator 4 hours. Put thin layer of sour cream on after totally cooled, then decorate. Decorate with fresh berries, almonds, and shaved chocolate.
