Wash and dry zucchini. Cut into slices and layer bottom of a cookie sheet.
Use a fork to poke holes in each slice. Pour the Red Wine Vinaigrette over zucchini and let marinate. Layer marinated zucchini onto foil (or grilling basket) and sprinkle with Rosemary/Garlic seasoning (or any seasoning you choose). Grill on low until tender.
Variation: You can also use Lemon juice as the marinade and sprinkle with lemon pepper for a different taste.
