1 lb. lg. peeled raw shrimp Salt Black pepper Paprika Onion salt Garlic salt Celery salt Worcestershire sauce Tabasco sauce Lemon juice A few tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs 1 stick melted butter Combine seasonings. Butterfly shrimp and place on individual sizzling platters or a shallow baking or broiling pan. Sprinkle with seasonings. Then sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. Pour melted butter on top and place under broiler for 5 or 6 minutes (longer if shrimp are very large) until shrimp are cooked. Serve immediately with hot French bread to dip in sauce. |
