1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. melted shortening 1 can minced clams (do not drain) 1/4 c. dry minced onions or 1 fresh onion, minced Mix all together with spoon. Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep fat (365 degrees). Fry until golden brown. |
