1 (6 oz.) frozen crab meat or shrimp, thawed & drained (seafood legs work
well)
1 c. shredded processed sharp American or cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 c. diced green onions
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped (optional)
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix crab meat, cheeses, onion, pimento and spread in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour in plate. Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife in center comes clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
