BAKED SCALLOPED OYSTERS
 

2 cups cracker crumbs, coarse. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over the crumbs, toss lightly. Drain 1 pint oysters, save the liquid, spread crumbs in bottom of casserole, layer of oysters, layer of crumbs on the top. Combine oyster liquid with enough milk to make 1 cup. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Pour over oysters and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
