1 lb. scallops 1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled 1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs Sprinkle of garlic powder 1 stick butter, melted 2/3 c. half & half or (optional - low-fat milk) Mix crackers and bread crumbs. Bread scallops and place in a baking dish or pan. Pour melted butter and half and half (or milk) over scallops. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
