6 oz. snow crab meat 1 lg. or 2 sm. avocados 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. chopped chives 1 tomato, peeled, seeded & diced Lettuce SAUCE: 2 tbsp. unflavored yogurt 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. horseradish 2 tbsp. chili sauce Pinch cayenne pepper, salt, pepper & paprika Drain crabmeat; flake with a fork. Reserve a few pieces for garnish. Peel and dice avocado. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine crabmeat, avocado, chives and tomato; mix gently. Spoon onto lettuce on plates or into scallop shells. Sauce: Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, horseradish, chili sauce, cayenne, salt and pepper to taste; spoon over crab mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with reserved pieces of snow crab.
