CRAB ROLLS
 

1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
30 slices white sandwich bread
2 cans crabmeat
1 c. sesame seeds

Melt cheese and 1/2 of the butter in double boiler or microwave. Cool. Add crabmeat. Cut crust from bread and roll thin with a rolling pin. Spread crab mixture on bread leaving top edge empty. Roll up. Melt remaining butter and dip roll in. Then roll in seeds. Place on shallow pan. Freeze. Then place in bag. When ready to serve, thaw slightly. Cut into 4 pieces. Broil until golden brown, turning once.
