CRAB STIR FRY
 

1 (8 oz.) pkg. crab flakes, chunks
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen oriental vegetables
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Cooked rice
Soy sauce

Combine crab, vegetables, garlic and ginger in medium heated wok. Use small amount of cooking oil in wok. Cook until vegetables are heated through. Serve over cooked rice. Season with soy sauce. Option: Use any vegetables you like. 3 to 4 servings.
