1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 c. light cream or half and half 1 tsp. instant minced onions 1 tsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and washed 1 diced avocado Combine all ingredients except avocado and cook over moderately low heat. When the soup bubbles around the edges add the avocado and heat thoroughly. Serve immediately. Serves 4. |
