2 c. sliced leftover roast beef or pork Place in a casserole and mix with the following sauce. SAUCE: 2 tbsp. diced celery 2 tbsp. diced onion 1/2 c. water Cook until tender. Combine with: 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. flour 2 tsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. yellow mustard Salt & pepper to taste Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve on crusty buns.
