1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1. Chop raw broccoli into tiny bite sized pieces. Use stalks too. Should have 4 cups, at least.
2. Chop red onion.
3. Fry bacon, cool, crumble.
4. Mix broccoli, onion, bacon and raisins in a bowl.
5. Add dressing to vegetables.
6. Mix all together thoroughly and refrigerate overnight. Serves 6 to 8.
