NAPA SALAD
 

SALAD:

1 lg. head napa cabbage
5 diced green onions
3 pkgs. Ramen noodles (do not use flavor packet)
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. slivered almonds

DRESSING:

3/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Cut off bottom of Napa and discard. Cut leaves lengthwise into quarters. Then cut across 1/4 inch sliced. Chill.

Melt butter in fry pan and break noodles. Toast noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in butter, let cool.
