HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD
 

2 cans pineapple (1 tidbit & 1 chunk), drained
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stack (of a 3 stack box) crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Put pineapple in a 9"x11" baking dish. Mix flour and sugar and sprinkle on pineapple. Next layer the cheese. Third layer the crackers. Then dot mixture with the butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and pineapple hot. The casserole can be layered the day before, refrigerate and then bake right before serving.
