1 lg. bunch broccoli florets 10-12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled 1/2 sm. or 2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine 1/2 c. raisins 1/4 c. nuts/seeds, any type (opt.) 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. vinegar Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Combine the next three and stir into broccoli mixture. Chill 4 to 6 hours. Overnight best. Serves 6 to 8. |
