JELLO PRETZEL SALAD
 

2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar

Mix pretzels, melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar together and put in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Mix well cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel mixture. Mix Jello and 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir until dissolved. Sit in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. A salad or dessert. (Hard at first, but each time gets easier.)
