JELLO LAYER SALAD
 

First layer: 1 3/4 c. hot water 1 c. grated carrots

Let set in refrigerator.

SECOND LAYER:

1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. cream cheese

Cool water slightly, add Jello. Add to this whipping cream and cream cheese. Cool this and add to first layer that has been set.

THIRD LAYER:

1 pkg. lime Jello
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Cool this and then add to other chilled and set layers. Be sure each layer is set before adding the other cooled layers. Also, try to use clear 9 x 11 inch pan so that all layers are visible.
