4 med. size carrots 4 c. finely shredded Napa cabbage 1/2 c. white wine vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced Salt Finely shred carrots. In a salad bowl, gently mix together carrots, cabbage, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger and salt to taste. If made ahead, cover and chill up to 4 hours. Makes 6 cups, 6 servings. |
