4 c. shredded cabbage 2 apples, cored and cubed, leave peel on 1/3 c. raisins 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. diet mayonnaise 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. sugar and salt Dash pepper Combine cabbage, apples, raisins and green pepper in bowl. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat all ingredients. Serves 6. 101 calories per serving. |
