JELLO PRETZEL SALAD
 

2 c. pretzel crumbs
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen sweetened strawberries
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together pretzel crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together. Spread on top of cooled crust and chill. Dissolve Jello in water. Add strawberries. Thicken slightly in refrigerator. Pour on top of cream cheese layer and chill.
