1 lg. can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
Drain juice into pan. Add 2 tablespoons flour, 2/3 cup sugar and cook until thick. Cool. Then add pineapple. 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. sugar
Mix together and spread in bottom of pan. 1 c. Cool Whip 1/2 c. sugar
Mix together and spread on top of pretzel mix. Then spread pineapple mixture on top of cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chill.
