DRESSING: 1/4 c. oil 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Mix together the dressing ingredients and bring to a boil. SLAW: 1 head cabbage 2 onions, chopped 1/2 c. sugar 1 green pepper 2 stalks celery, chopped Mix slaw ingredients. After bringing dressing mixture to a boil, pour over slaw ingredients. Mix well. Chill several hours before serving. This slaw will stay fresh for 9 days! |
