JELLIED CINNAMON-APPLE SALAD
 

1/3 c. red cinnamon candies
2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) red fruit flavored Jello
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped apples
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve cinnamon candies in boiling water. Heat and pour over Jello, stir until dissolved. Chill until partially thickened. Fold in celery, apples, nuts, dash of salt. Pour into molds, chill until firm. Serve on lettuce. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
