1 head fresh broccoli 1 head fresh cauliflower 1 red onion, separated into rings 1 green pepper, diced Red pimiento, to taste MARINADE: 1 c. salad dressing (Italian or your choice) 1/2 c. sugar Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 c. oil 1/3 c. vinegar In a bowl combine marinade ingredients and mix well. Break cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets. Pour marinade over salad ingredients and refrigerate for a day. |
