1 (6 oz.) pkg. red Jello 2 c. hot water Pour into pan and let set until firm. 1 1/2 plain pkg. gelatin 1/2 c. cold water Let gelatin dissolve in cold water. Set aside. 1/2 pt. light cream Heat to boil then pour into gelatin and mix. Add: 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla Mix well. Pour over first layer, wait until firm and add third layer. 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 2 c. boiling water For last layer. This Jello salad may be made a day before for easy serving. Great for parties. |
