CINNAMON APPLE SALAD
 

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cinnamon candies in 1/2 c. HOT water

Add 1/2 cup cold water (if you desire a firm salad use only 1/4 cup cold water). Add liquids to Jello and stir until dissolved. When Jello is beginning to set, add: 1 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Be sure candy is completely melted in 1/2 cup HOT water otherwise re-heat over low heat. "Delicious" apples add the best flavor to the salad. Mix and pour into a ring mold or individual molds or serve from a bowl. Double recipe for a quart-sized mold or 8 to 10 individual molds.
