HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD
 

3 c. diced cooked potatoes
4 slices bacon, diced
1 onion, chopped finely
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tbsp. parsley

Fry out bacon and onion in frying pan. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over potatoes. Put in oven to heat. Serves: 4.
