RASPBERRY CAROUSEL SALAD
 

1 sm. raspberry Jello
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 c. frozen raspberries
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Make Jello with hot water and juice. Let set until it starts to thicken. Stir berries, apple, celery, and nuts into Jello. Mix together lemon Jello with hot water and dissolve. Mix in Cool Whip and mayonnaise. Stir until well blended and pour over raspberry Jello. Set until firm. Turn out. (4 cup mold.)
