RAINBOW 12 LAYER JELLO SALAD
 

blackberry, cherry, orange, lemon, lime, strawberry (my choice & order used) 1 pt. (lg.) sour cream (or Imo)

I use Imo, it's less expensive and less calories and fat. I buy an 8 ounce carton too because I must not measure quite right and usually run out before last layer.

Dissolve 1 package Jello with 1 cup water. To 1/3 cup sour cream, add 1/2 cup Jello mixture. Pour this Jello/sour cream mixture in a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Chill 20 minutes, making sure pan is level.

To remaining Jello, add 3 tablespoons cold water and pour over chilled and firm cream mixture. Chill 20 minutes. Repeat 5 more times alternating cloudy cream mixture with clear Jello mixture. It takes 4 to 5 hours but it's easy when you can be home and just set your timer.

I recommend blackberry or black raspberry on bottom (not all stores carry these, can use another red flavor with blue food coloring added) with red on top.
