GELATIN WALDORF SALAD
 

1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
1 sm. can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/3 c. salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) tub non-dairy whipped topping
1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 lg. or 3 sm. apples
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain pineapple, saving the juice. In large bowl dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add pineapple juice. Chill until like thick syrup.

Beat in whipped topping and salad dressing. Fold in pineapple, walnuts and marshmallows.

Do not peel apples, but core and slice them one at a time and stir in immediately. This way they won't turn brown. Turn into serving bowl and chill several hours or until firm.
