CORN COB SALAD
 

1 pkg. Nibblets frozen corn on cob, cut to make 12 chunks
1 1/2 c. Rigatoni pasta, cooked
2 c. cherry tomatoes
1 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. ripe pitted olives

MARINADE:

1/2 c. tarragon or red wine vinegar
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. dill weed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Pour over veggies and pasta and refrigerate overnight.
