SWEET AND SOUR SPINACH SALAD
 

1 lb. fresh spinach
5 slices bacon
2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Wash and dry spinach, tear into bite size pieces and chill. Cook bacon in fry pan until crisp, drain on paper towel, crumble. Add remaining ingredients to drippings in fry pan; bring to simmer. Add crumbled bacon and hot dressing to spinach. Toss lightly until all leaves are coated. Serve immediately.
