1 box Chicken Rice-A-Roni 4 green onions, sliced 1/2 green pepper, diced 1/2 c. celery, diced 12 green olives, sliced 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (separate marinade and artichoke hearts) 3/4 tsp. curry powder 1/2 c. mayonnaise Cook Rice-A-Roni (omit butter). Add the green onions, green pepper, celery, olives and artichoke hearts. Mix marinade with curry and mayonnaise. Toss and chill. |
