1 c. broccoli flowers 1 can water chestnuts, sliced & cut into halves 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped 1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes, halved 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced 1 1/2 c. macaroni, sm. shells or salad size Cook macaroni and cool. Wash and stem broccoli so only florets are used. Combine all ingredients. Mix in dressing, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. DRESSING: 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 1 to 2 tbsp. vinegar (to taste) 1 to 2 tbsp. sugar (to taste) Salt & pepper (to taste) |
