PEA SALAD
 

1 lg. can sm. English peas
1/4 onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. chopped fine green pepper
2 pieces celery, chopped fine
1 tbsp. pimento
2 boiled eggs, chopped fine
1/2 c. grated cheese or 1/2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl, being careful not to over stir and make peas mushy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Store in covered container in refrigerator before serving. (For macaroni salad, use the same ingredients except the peas and replace them with 2 cups cooked macaroni.)
