3 1/2 c. shredded carrots (about 1 lb.) 1 c. sm. marshmallows 1/4 c. crushed pineapple 1 c. white raisins 1/2 c. shredded coconut 1 c. salad dressing (I use 3/4 c.) 1 c. whipping topping Toss lightly carrots, marshmallows, pineapple, raisins, and coconut. Add salad dressing and carefully fold in whipped topping. This salad freezes nicely. |
