Spinach
5 hard boiled eggs
3.5 oz. bacon
1 head lettuce
10 oz. frozen peas
Green onion

2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 to 10 tbsp. milk to soften

Layer all ingredients, pour dressing over salad. Top with 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated. Mix well.
