RED, WHITE & BLUE SALAD
 

1 c. hot water
1 can blueberries
1 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello

Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add blueberries (with syrup). Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and let set in refrigerator until firm.

2ND LAYER:

1/2 pt. coffee cream
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. of cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat coffee cream and sugar until hot. Mix gelatin with cold water and add to coffee cream mixture (while warm). Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well, when cool, pour over first layer. Refrigerate until firm.

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 lg. sliced strawberries

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add strawberries. Let cool and add to second layer. Refrigerate until firm. Cool Whip - optional.
