COOL SUMMER SALAD
 

2 lbs. raw spinach
10 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 med. head lettuce, broken up
1 c. chopped green onions
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Marzetti slaw dressing
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Layer evenly in two 9x13 inch pans the spinach, eggs, bacon, lettuce and onions in order. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, slaw dressing and spread over each pan. Top with Swiss cheese. Chill about 24 hours.
