LAYERED SPINACH SALAD
 

10 oz. fresh spinach, cut into sm. pieces
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Salt, pepper & touch of sugar
1/2 head lettuce, chop sm. pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 red onion, chopped or rings
2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. Morning Star bacon strips, crumbled

Layer vegetables and eggs in 3 quart airtight covered dish. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise spread on top of salad sprinkle Swiss cheese and bacon, crushed. Omit egg yolks if you wish. Preparation time 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate 24-48 hours.
