1 (1 1/2 lb.) pkg. shredded cabbage or shred your own 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted 4 green onions, chopped (tops too) (optional) 1 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles DRESSING: 1/2 c. cooking oil 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. vinegar Seasoning packet from noodles Combine the dressing ingredients. Mix all together and put in 8 x 10 inch baking dish or something similar. Sprinkle with the crushed Ramen noodles. I got this recipe from the cook at school. It's great! |
