BANANA AND CANTALOUPE SALAD
 

2 lb. bananas, sliced
1 med. cantaloupe, peeled & diced
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. strawberry yogurt
Salad green (try spinach)

Line individual plates with salad greens. Mix fruits, marshmallows and nuts lightly together. Spoon onto each plate. Blend mayonnaise and yogurt together. Spoon over fruit. You can skip these two ingredients and use sour cream instead. If sour cream is used, blend with the fruit mixture. Makes 6 servings.
