2 pkg. lemon Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 c. cold water 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained 2 bananas, sliced Miniature marshmallows TOPPING: Juice from pineapple and water to make 1 c. 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 slightly beaten egg 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 pkg. Dream Whip Already prepared grated cheese Dissolve Jello, chill slightly. Add fruit, put marshmallows on top. Let set. TOPPING: Mix sugar, cornstarch, egg, and butter; add 1 cup liquid. Cook until thick. Cool and add Dream Whip. Pour over salad. Top with grated cheese. Use 7x12 inch flat Pyrex dish. |
