BAKED POTATO SALAD
 

6 to 9 med. potatoes, boiled in jackets and cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta, grated
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 med. onion, finely chopped
7 oz. jar stuffed olives, sliced and drained
8 slices thick bacon, cut in sqs.
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, except bacon squares, in large bowl. Put in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch Pyrex dish or a 3 quart casserole. Put bacon squares on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
