YOGURT FRUIT SALAD
 

Combine, chopped, any of the following (I use as many as I can find and (or) afford) :

Apples
Oranges
Bananas
P ears
Blueberries
Peaches (can be frozen)
Seedless or seeded grapes

Use approximately 1 cup of each.

Drained, canned pineapple chunks
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. honey (need to taste to see if sweet enough)
1 to 2 c. unflavored yogurt, use your judgment, to make it all stick together

Refrigerate and serve. This is a nice summer meal and healthy too.
