YOLI'S LAYERED TACO SALAD
 

1 can Frito-Lay's bean dip
2 avocados
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 pkg. taco mix
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. taco sauce - (to taste - hot or mild)
Lettuce
Tomatoes
3-4 green onions with stems
Sliced olives
Shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese

Layer 1 - Spread can of bean dip (optional - with Jalepenos). Layer 2 - Prepare guacamole - smashing avocados and adding salt and lemon juice to taste. Layer 3 - In separate pan, brown ground meat, drain. Add 1/2 taco seasoning mix. Brown 1 more minute. Remove from stove. Add sour cream, cream cheese and taco sauce. Mix well. Layer on top of guacamole. Layer 4 - Sprinkle shredded lettuce, cut up tomatoes, green onions, olives and shredded cheese. Serve with taco chips.
