1 tbsp. oil 3 stalks celery cut into 1 inch strips 1 sm. onion, sliced thin 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 sm. head cabbage, chopped 1 1/2 c. pork cut up & browned 2 c. cooked rice (1/3 c. uncooked) Heat oil; add celery and onion; cook until lightly browned. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Pour into celery and onion. Cook and stir until clear. Add cabbage and meat. Cover and cook 3 minutes leaving cabbage crisp. Serve on rice. |
